Dr. Arpan Gupta

  • Currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Engineering and Technology at JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur.
  • I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from LNMIIT, Jaipur. My advisor is Dr. Sakthi Balan and my co-advisor is Prof. Ravi P. Gorthi. My Ph.D. work aimed at detecting activities in Cricket telecast videos.
  • Worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Algo8 AI from Feb., 2022 to July, 2022.
  • I was a winter intern at Xerox Research Centre India in December, 2015.
  • In my free time, I like to play chess and have a FIDE rating of 1773.
